Aluminum alloy cables include YJHL8 (AC90), YJHLV82 (ACWU90), YJHLV (TC90), YJHLV22, VHLV22, VHLV and other series. Aluminum alloy cables use 8000 series conductors, which are high elongation materials. After adding iron, magnesium, rare earth and other materials, its electrical conductivity is equivalent to that of pure aluminum. After the extrusion stranding process and special annealing treatment, the gaps in the aluminum alloy are "extruded" to reduce the cross-sectional area, which has a relatively high performance. Good flexibility, creep resistance, wear resistance and tensile strength are close to or even surpass copper conductors. The conductor of the alloy cable has high-strength creep properties due to the addition of iron, which can keep the connection stable even when overloaded or overheated for a long time. Its resilience is 40% higher than that of traditional copper cables, and its flexibility is 24% higher than that of traditional copper cables. In addition, high-tech low-smoke halogen-free, flame-retardant and environmentally friendly insulating materials also greatly improve safety performance and reduce risks.
