JKLYJ overhead cable application: It is suitable for overhead power lines with AC rated voltage of 35KV and below, and is used in towns, high-rise buildings and forest areas with high safety requirements.
JKLYJ overhead cable usage characteristics:
①The rated voltage is 1,10KV.
②The long-term working temperature of the cable:
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE) insulation should not exceed 70 degrees Celsius;
Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation should not exceed 90 degrees Celsius.
③ The maximum temperature of the cable conductor during short circuit (the longest duration does not exceed 5 seconds);
PVC insulation does not exceed 160 degrees Celsius;
Polyethylene insulation does not exceed 150 degrees Celsius;
XLPE insulation does not exceed 250 degrees Celsius.
④The temperature of cable laying should not be lower than -20 degrees Celsius.
JKLYJ overhead cable technical performance:
①The conductor should be a compressed round stranded wire, and its maximum resistance and minimum breaking force should meet the requirements in Table 3.
② The breaking force of the load-bearing stranded wire shall comply with the provisions of Table 10.
③The insulation should be made of black weather-resistant polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene and cross-linked polyethylene.
④The cable should be able to withstand the specified AC voltage test for 1 minute, and the insulation should not break down.
⑤The 10KV cable with insulation shield should be subjected to partial discharge test, and its discharge should not exceed 20PC.
JKLYJ Overhead Cable Delivery Requirements:
The delivery length is determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer.
The length measurement error should not exceed ±0.5%.
Storage and Transportation Instructions:
Cable ends should be sealed against water and avoid open storage.
The cable reel is not allowed to be laid flat or dropped from a high place to prevent mechanical damage to the cable. Prevent mutual collision or overturning.
